�?.1  同步发电机的并机运行

多台机组并机运行比单机供电有以下优点�?/DIV>
Compared with the single generator set, several generator sets operate in parallel with the following advantages.  
1)提高了供电的可靠�,一台电机发生故障或定期检��不会引起停电事故�?/DIV>
It shall output power much reliably, and it doesn’t fail to supply power even if one generator set is troubled or has to stop for periodic repair or maintenance
2)因多台发电机并机运行,带负载能力增强�
   Several generator sets operating in parallel can be loaded much higher.
3)负荷变化时多台机组共同承担负荷的变化量,发电机的频率及端电压所受影响小�?/DIV>
Because several generator sets shall share the variable load, frequency and terminal voltage of alternator shall have much less influence.  
4) 负荷小时可减少运行机组台数,实现供电的灵活�和经济��?/DIV>
Some generator sets shall stop when demand for load reduces and so power is generated flexibly and economically.
对于多台机组并机运行需��解决的问题是机组之间需��有功和无功分配均匀�
The critical point is how to share evenly the active power and reactive so as to operate several generator set in parallel
3.8.4.4 电网无电时多台机组并机运行,电网恢复供电后机组并网运�?/DIV>
Several generator sets operate in parallel while electric grid fails and are connected to the electric network once it recovers. 
对于一��供电要求较高的部门,可以使用发电机组与市电电网并联供电的模式进行供电。当市电正常时,发电机组发出的电能首先满足用户负载的需��,如果允许往电网送电,则可将机组多余的电能输送到市电网络;当市电由于种种原因而发生供电故障时,自动切断机组供电与市电的联络,改由发电机组群单独供电;当市电恢复正常时,�过反并网操作再与电网并联,供电网络如�?.2所��。这种运行方式确保了生产的连续�、安全��?/DIV>
For keeping a stable and high quality power supply, the organization or department might be powered with generator sets combined with public electric grid. When public electric grid is in normal condition, the generator set may produce power to meet the demands of customers for load and then transmit the redundant power to the grid if permitted. Once the public electric grid fails for some troubles, the generator set shall cut off connection with the grid and customer is supplied with power only by the generator set. After the grid recovers, the generator set shall be connected to the grid again. Please refer fig 3.2 for power supply network. Supported with this power supply network, production can carry on continuously in safety.
�?.2 机组既可并机又可并网运行

多台机组既可并机又可并网运行有以下优点:
The generator sets have these perfect features while operating both in parallel and being connected to electric grid
1)对用户来说相当于双路电源供电,一��为机组,一��为电网,供电的可靠�很高�?/DIV>
Customers are supplied with two power sources, one of which is from generator sets and the other from the electric grid, so reliable power is available.
2)机组发生故障或定期检��则由电网供电,不会引起停电事故�
Power supply does not fail because electric grid shall supply power once the generator set is troubled or has to stop for periodic repair or maintenance.
3)电网停电或检��时可选择多台发电机并机运行�若机组台数较少带不动全厂负荷,可选择必保负荷由机组供电,保证工厂的连续生产及安全�?/DIV>
When the electric grid fails or is in repair or maintenance, it is recommended to operate several generator sets in parallel. It is feasible to supply power to the necessary load so as to guarantee a continuous and safe production in the factory when generator sets fails to power all load in the factory
4) 负荷量小时可减少运行机组台数,实现供电的灵活性和经济性�
Some generator sets shall stop when demand for load reduces and so power is generated flexibly and economically.
但要求多台机组既可并机又可并网运行时需��解决以下问题�?/DIV>
The following things should be solved if several generator sets are required to operate both in parallel and being connected to electric grid.
1)机组应能切换工作方式:选择并网运行或并机运行�
The generator set can change over operating methods between operation in parallel and being connected to electric grid.
2)需要配置电网停电自动检测装置,电网失电时可自动切断与电网的联络�?/DIV>
It is necessary to mount an auto device for inspection of electric grid failure. The device shall shut off gen-set connection with electric grid automatically when electric grid fails.
3)对机组控制屏配置要求较高,需��有自动调压自动调速功能�
The control panel for generator set should be configured better with functions of auto voltage regulation and auto speed regulation. 
4)并机运行时机组之间应能自动实现负荷分配�?/DIV>
When operating in parallel, the generator sets be sure to share load automatically.
因此用户在订货时一��要说明您所��求的机组的运行方式,以便我们在控制屏的配套方面进行合理配置�
Please clarify the required operating method of generator sets while customers make  orders so that we offer a reliable configuration of control panel for the generator sets  
3.9 余热利用部分
余热利用部分一��又称热电冷联供系统�是指以燃料(燃气、燃油等)为能源,并同时满足区域建筑物内的电、热、冷需��的能源供应系统,通常由发电机组�溴化锂吸收式冷(热)水机组和换热设备、电气控制设备等组成。热电冷联供系统将高品位能源用于发电,发电机组排放的低品位能源(烟气余热、热水余热)用于供热或制冷,实现能源的梯级利用,提高能源的综合利用率�?/DIV>
实际应用中,一��在燃气发电机组发电的同时,以机组废气的热量为能源,烟气�过特制的热交换系统加热介质水,使水温达到规定温度,然后制热或通过溴化锂冷水机组制冷,通过风机盘管空调器给房间制冷或供热�一��的废气余热利用流程图如图3.3所���?/DIV>
Cogeneration system
Cogeneration system also called combined heat & power system (CHP). It is a power supply system to burn fuels (gas and gasoline, etc.) as energy source and meets the demand of building in certain areas for electricity, heat and cooling of. Generally, this system is consisted of generator set, lithium bromide cooling water unit, heat exchanger, electrical control equipment, etc. the high quality energy source is to generate electricity, meanwhile low quality energy ( waste heat fume, waste water heat) from generator set is to for cooling or heating. By this method, energy is utilized much efficiently.
In practice, while the generator set operates to generate electricity, its exhaust heat from the gen-set flows into the special heat exchanger to heat water inside up to specified temperature. Heat water energy is blown into room in winter through the piped conditioner. Heat water is delivered into a lithium bromide cooling water unit. After treatment there, air conditioning is delivered to rooms through the piped conditioners. Please refer to the flow chart of exhaust heat utilization in fig. 3.3 .

一��机组的烟气余热功率可达到机组额定功率�?5%以上,例如400KW机组的废气的余热功率就可�?51KW,详细的废气参数情况见表七�?/DIV>
In general, wasted heat efficiency is 70% of rated power of generator set. For example, the 400kW generator set can achieve waste heat efficiency up to 351KW. The parameters of the exhaust gas is listed below in details ( refer to Table 7)
